  13. The ASP is an organization of software authors, shareware disk
  14. vendors, and bulletin board system (BBS) operators, devoted to the
  15. success of shareware.  One way ASP helps you, the user of
  16. shareware, is its Ombudsman service.

  108. REGISTERED VERSION WARRANTY:

  110. TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE warrants the diskette(s) and documentation
  111. provided with registered version.  If your copy has a defect in
  112. materials or construction, then TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE must receive a
  113. written notice within 90 (ninety) days after your register.  If
  114. TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE finds that your notice is correct, then
  115. TIMPANOGOS SOFTWARE will replace the defective diskette(s) or
  116. documentation.

  118. The licensor limits the liability and remedy for breach of this
  119. Limited Warranty.  The limit is to replace the defective
  120. diskette(s) or documentation.  The liability and remedy don't
  121. include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other
  122. damages.  These damages include such things as loss of profit,
  123. data, or use of the software, or special, incidental, or
  124. consequential damages, or other similar claims.  This limit of
  125. liability and remedy hold even if someone has specifically advised
  126. the licensor of the possibility of such damages.
