  2. This read-me file should accompany everything you need to make use of
  3. locale.library. The library is fully functional, except for the
  4. ParseDate() function which has not yet been implemented.

  6. Note that without a complete 2.1 Workbench disk set, functionality of the
  7. library is reduced. Missing are the language drivers, system catalogs, Locale
  8. prefs editor and country database. Copying just the library to LIBS:
  9. and using it will give you an English-speaking American setup, which is
  10. adequate for testing.
