  7. STRANGE marks in the snow, and reports of an orange light in the sky, have left
  8. police in Calicot wondering if the town has had visitors from outer space!
  9.  
  10. A resident of the Greenfields area of the town called police, last Friday
  11. morning, to say she thought a spaceship had landed in her garden during the
  12. night after finding strange marks in the snow.
  13.  
  14. Police-constable Lantzos arrived at the scene to find strange squiggly lines in
  15. the snow. He was approached by a neighbour who described hearing what he
  16. thought, was the sound of an aircraft engine nearby on the Thursday night.

  18. When he looked outside he saw a strange orange light which made off at high
  19. speed flying very low in the direction of Chepstow.

  21. Caldicot police are reporting the incident to the Ministry of Defence.
