  29. keep this claim in the public eye?  Since you have *not* responded to my 
  30. quoted reference from the USENET FAQ regarding spam I can only assume you 
  31. have chosen to ignore the reality of the nonfactual basis for your 
  32. claim.  May I point out again, according to standard 'netiquette' he is 
  33. *NOT* a 'MALICIOUS USENET ABUSER' and he is *NOT* 'spamming.'  Please 
  34. retract your statements.
