- Thanks. I've not only seen that page before, but just for fun I decided to
- give it another read. It's unfortunate that somebody put the time and energy
- in to this and didn't even bother to post the original uncropped photos on the
- site! There is one raw image, but since there are two images in question (on
- the site that is) then where is the second image? Not very scientific. And
- the byline says Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
-
- Also, they calim that there are ONLY two photos of the face. That's not true.
- There are other photos, (can't remember the frame numbers right now) but they are
- lower-res/higher-alt photos so they usually aren't used for debating purposes.

- I ask you, is it strange that not ONE of the above sources was even used
- as a reference, nor the fact that the phtographs in question aren't
- presented in their full original versions, on a site that is devoted to
- scientific debunking by skeptics?
-
- Instead we find cropped images of a "smiley-face" crater, a photo of
- "Kermit", and of course, our dear old friend, "The Old Man of The Mountain."
- Even a photo of Miss Piggy on Venus!
-
- Really now....this is science? The exclusion of all opinions that don't
- fit into it's narrow grasp? The least they could do is try and prove the
- Cydonia hypothesis wrong!
