  26. I find it unlikely we have any armed missiles up there (since they're
  27. just as likely to fall on us as anyone else in the event of an
  28. accident -- and that DOES make Generals think twice since they can get
  29. caught breaking treaties pretty easy that way)... but it would not
  30. surprise me to find out we do.
