  4. @002 shall provide every @245 days an accounting, sworn to and 
  5. under oath, which specifies the amount and category of copies of 
  6. the software made. The same shall be accompanied by full payment 
  7. therefor. @001 shall have the right to audit both the books and 
  8. records of RE-SELLER and physical premises to confirm the 
  9. correctness of the accountings for royalties.

  11. If at any time a royalty is underpaid, then DEVELOPER shall have 
  12. the right to immediately terminate the agreement, and the unpaid 
  13. royalty shall bear interest at the highest legal rate which is 
  14. applicable.
  15.  
  16. This agreement shall be subject to termination by @001, other 
  17. than for non-payment, at any time upon 15 days notice.
