Icons of musical equipment I own or would like to own. I tried to make icons of things that have a unique look, such as the red Nord Lead邃｢ and the Novation BassStation邃｢ with it's little strip of blue across the top. There were lots of other icon I made, but most of them weren't very good, or just looked too much like a non-descript box.
For those who have no interest in electronic music, I've included 4 icons of 'studio clutter'.

WOC: 5 has a really great Technics 1200 turntable icon. I couldn't do a better rendition than The Iconfactory, so there's no 1200s in this collection.

Tomoyuki Miyano is one of the best anywhere. If you're looking for guitar icons, his site is the place to go. You should check out his other works too, which are all fantastic and original.
SMD's Web (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/smd/)
This site is both English and French, and has some icons of traditional instruments. Very nice too.
Epoch Icons (http://www.epochicons.com/)
A Pixelpalooza 98 set of studio items. Lots more here too.

How to make use of these Mac Icons:
1. You need system 7.1 or higher.
2. Do a "Get Info" (File menu) on the original icon file that you want to use.
3. Click on the icon in the window; choose "Copy" (Edit menu).
4. Close the window, then "Get Info" on destination file/folder/disk.
5. Click on the icon, choose "Paste" (Edit menu).
