Transcription: Beginning an offensive on any front also requires an investment of BRPs. This isn't the amount it takes to actually battle other units, but it is an amount simply to allow you to attack on that front. Once that amount is paid, it covers any fighting that you want to do. Tolls like this really make you aware of the money it takes to fight a war.
