  1. To change the compression, color, or size of an existing movie:  
  2.  
  3. 1. Choose Open from the File menu.
  4.  
  5. 2. In the dialog box, choose the   
  6.      movie you wish to convert.
  7.  
  8. 3. Click Open.
  9.  
  10.     When the movie opens, you can 
  11.     play it, make changes, and save it
  12.     as in any ordinary movie window.
