TimeScr()

         Determines the time of Screen Saver

    Syntax:

         TimeScr( [nTime] ) -> nOldTime

         nTime : The time in minutes

    Description:

         With this function you decided the time Fast must wait when no key
         is pressed to run Screen Saver.
         Default value is 1 minute.
         In Fast all functions that hold the keyboard are sensitive to the
         time lapses between key presses.

    Return:

         Actual delay time.

    Example:

         TimeScr( 10 )
