Lower               <Alt 2>

    Changes all characters in a marked block to lower case.  The cursor
    must be within the marked block.  If the cursor is outside of the
    marked block or if no block is marked, the character at the current
    cursor position is changed to lower case.

    This command was added in QEdit v2.08
