Budget and Resource Management

The Resources Management Office fulfills a comptroller/Chief Financial Officer function for the Associate Administrator for Aeronautics and is responsible for the Aeronautics R&T, and Research Center R&D, R&PM, ROS, and CoF resource planning, authorization and review; budget formulation and execution; budget advocacy; financial management; analysis and reporting; and OMB and Congressional budget preparation.
