              A.  Not that I am aware of in this country anyway.

         MS. STEEL:  Then you go on to say:  "In recent years the
     3        company has made a number of changes in the composition of
              its regular products"?
     4        A.  Yes, perhaps I should get the ----
 
     5   Q.   I do not think I can give you the reference because mine
              is not in the same order.
     6        A.  Is it yellow Volume V?
 
     7   MR. RAMPTON:  Yellow V, I think, though I have not found it
              myself yet.  It is tab 6.

         MS. STEEL:   It is internal page 9.

         MR. RAMPTON:  Page 93, apparently.
    10        A.  Yes, I think I have it now.
 
    11   MS. STEEL:   You have there, "the replacement of lard in buns
              with a lower amount of vegetable oil".  Do you know when
    12        that was introduced?
              A.  I think that would have been -- I think about 1990 or
    13        1991.  I think that was done before I joined the company.
 
    14   Q.   Right.
              A.  Before I became involved in the company.

         Q.   What about the next one:  "Introduction of dressings and
    16        sauces with a low fat content"?
              A.  Again, without referring to more detailed notes,
    17        I would say that was about a year ago, although there are
              actually salad dressings and sauces for some of the
    18        sandwich products.  I think that happened on two
              occasions; one I think would probably be three or four
    19        years ago, then the other one more recently.
 
    20   Q.   For salad dressings?
              A.  I think so; again, without referring to more detailed
    21        notes, I could not give you the exact times.
 
    22   Q.   Do you know when salads were introduced?
              A.  No, but they certainly have been on sale in
    23        restaurants around the London area for several years now.
 
    24   Q.   Do you how many stores salads are sold in?
              A.  No.

         Q.   You do not know? 
    26        A.  I cannot say; they are not in them all. 
  
    27   Q.   You have no idea of the percentage?
              A.  No.  I could not provide you with that information.

         Q.   Then going on:  "Reformulation of the processed cheese so
    29        that total fat content was reduced".  When did that take
              place?
    30        A.  That is one of the ones I was directly involved in;
              I think that was introduced in the last year or two.
