6 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have a statement, 14th January 1994, and a
Bowes of Norfolk brochure.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, that is right, my Lord.

MS. STEEL: We have not got one.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us put that right. (Handed)

MR. RAMPTON: I am anxious that the witness should have a copy.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will volunteer mine. It will all go on
12 the transcript.
13 MR. RAMPTON: It is possible your Lordship has another copy in
volume yellow VII at tab 6.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will transfer that back into the first
15 volume.
16 MS. STEEL: Where is the other place where it might be?
17 MR. RAMPTON: Yellow, volume VII, tab 6, where Mr. Bowes'
statement is reproduced.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are you sure you have not had a copy of the
19 brochure?
20 MS. STEEL: I have never seen this before.
21 MR. MORRIS: We have not had it.
22 MS. STEEL: I have not looked through everything, but it is
certainly not in any of the places that have been read
23 out. We have not come across it anywhere else.
24 MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I suggest is if I look at that while
the witness looks at that one -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You keep that. When the witness has
27 finished referring to it, perhaps that could be handed to
one of the defendants, so they have one.

MR. RAMPTON: Certainly, and we will find another one before
29 Mr. Bowes comes to give evidence. No particular detailed
questions I want to ask you about this, Dr. Gregory, but
30 do you see on the cover -- in fact, it is a double spread
picture -- of some pigs in a field in fairly high summer?
