     3   MR. MORRIS:  Thank you for waiting for us; we were not quite
     4        ready.  There are a few documents to be served and noted.
     5        They have already been served on the other party this
     6        morning, if I can hand them up.  If you just note the top
     7         -- you may have a copy of the top one -- the plaintiffs
     8        have lost a copy, I think.

    10   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I cannot remember quite candidly whether
    11        I had one or not; is that the one which you put to him in
    12        cross-examination?

    14   MR. MORRIS:  Yes, would you like to read the name out for the
    15        record?

    17   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  It is Implications of the Coma Report on
    18        Diet and Cardiovascular Disease for British Agriculture by
    19        Verner Wheelock and Stephen Palace.  It is dated March
    20        1985.

    22   MR. MORRIS:  That might well have to go behind Verner
    23        Wheelock's reference, I should think.  The major document
    24        there is the book Food and Health, The Experts Agree, by
    25        Jeffery Cannon, I believe it is 1992, I think.

    29   MR. MORRIS:  I have a spare copy of that for the witness box.
    30        If I can give that to the plaintiffs maybe?

    35        documents.  They are Michael Crawford's, three references
    36        from Michael Crawford.  They should go at the back of his
    37        statement, Professor Crawford.

    MR. MORRIS:  There are three here; one is called Essential
    42        Fatty Acids, Prostaglandins & Leukotrienes, International
    43        Congress, March 1985.  The second one is Proceedings of a
    44        NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Advanced Technologies
    45        and Their Nutritional Implications in the Production of
    46        Edible Fats, Selvino, Italy, 1986.
