MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have a letter signed by Ms. Steel here to
Barlows 12th September.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. That is about the ones we have just served.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, is that to go in a bundle?

MR. MORRIS: Correspondence, that is correspondence. The
plaintiffs have reorganised their nutritional bundle or
the nutritional bundle, I think it was originally 6, it is
now two volumes, 6 and 6A.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: It may be our error, I am not sure, but just three
of the documents are different from the original. For a
start there are a whole lot of new, most of the ones
served are new documents in those bundles. In fact, some
have not yet, I do not think, arrived. We have not had
time to look at all those documents yet; they were only
served last week. I do not know if you have seen those?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I received a letter saying that there were
certain new documents in there, but I did not make a point
of reading them.

MR. MORRIS: For the record, in bundle number volume VI, No. 6,
it has a different date from the original one. So far as
I can see, it says July 1989, the old one said October
1991. I am not making an issue of this. If I could put
it on the record it can be checked at lunch time or
something? New No. 10 which was old number -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What do you say the date of the previous one
was in tab 6?

MR. MORRIS: I have the previous one here; it is October 1991.
The new one is July 1989; the old one was No. 2 in the old
bundle. I might be wrong. Then new number 10 which was
old No. 3 is also different; new 10 is 1986. I am not
sure if I have the date for the old one. I will just
throw that into the pot anyway. New No. 5 (which was old
No. 4) is October 1985 and the previous one was March
1985, October 1984. If the plaintiffs can check I might
have got that wrong?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am sure they hear what you are saying.
I can be told whether you are right or not in due course.

MR. MORRIS: I think we are ready to call the witness.

DR. ARNOTT, recalled.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Were there any further matters in-chief you
wanted to ask?

MR. RAMPTON: No, my Lord, not just now.
