     3   MR. RAMPTON:  My Lord, before Dr. Barnard resumes, I have two
     4        things for your Lordship; one is the promised copy of the
     5        relevant parts of the Surgeon General's Report, including
     6        the whole of the chapter on cancer.  The other is a new
     7        copy of the book about School Children's Diets to which
     8        Dr. Lobstein referred, including all the tables.  Your
     9        Lordship will find in the Surgeon General's Report, in
    10        particular, in those passages to which I shall come in due
    11        course, that Mrs. Brinley-Codd's secretary has highlighted
    12        the same passages that have been highlighted by Dr.
    13        Cannon.  I hope your Lordship will not mind that.  Since
    14        I shall refer to them specifically, it probably does not
    15        matter.

    17   MR. MORRIS:  Also yesterday you, I think, asked for a
    18        particular page from the report Diet, Nutrition and
    19        Cancer, a 1982 report, that was read out.  I cannot
    20        remember.  I have that copy.  It was page -----

    24   MR. MORRIS:  Page 5.  To be honest, I do not really know, I
    25        cannot remember where it first came up now; it might have
    26        been Geoffrey Cannon.  I think it was Geoffrey Cannon.
    27        Maybe the Plaintiffs can help on that?

    29        There was also page 45 of -- I do not know if you
    30        remember, we photocopied a section of the International
    31        Committee of the Conference on Nutrition that Geoffrey
    32        Cannon referred to.
