     5        copy of the relevant page was not there; it was page 45.

    12        numbers one to 10 of Geoffrey Cannon's?

         the whole thing.  Maybe it is better that your Lordship
    22        has the whole thing.

    26   MR. RAMPTON:  It is quite fat.  We were proposing, in
    27        accordance with an earlier indication of your Lordship, to
    28        divide volume I of the Defendants' statements into two,
    29        the first part of which ends at 7, to make more room.

    31   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  That has been done for me for which I am
    32        grateful.

    34   MR. RAMPTON:  I hope this will go into part 2 and part 1.

    36   MR. MORRIS:  The only thing about the whole document is that we
    37        do not have a copy of the whole document.  We can copy it
    38        before we get back to Geoffrey Cannon, but my
    39        understanding was that only that one paragraph was worth
    40        it, and the Plaintiffs have not raised any other aspects
         of it.

    44        cross-examination because, even if it is not directly put,
    45        it may be referred to.  What I will do -- is that the
    46        actual original document?

    49        wanted that back today.  I will have to make sure we have
    50        it copied first.
