Sometimes that is called a bill board; it is just a very
small announcement that announces who the sponsor of this
       particular programme is.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Would that come right after part 5, or would
it be instead of part 5?
       A. It would come afterwards. There may be a local break
in the television where some local persons might have run
locally on a national basis that is divided up into both
national time and some local time. But this would have
been the last thing that you would see in that particular
       half hour.

I think this is the open to those premiums that feature the
       detective parts.

                (The next advertisement was shown)

THE WITNESS: That was the beginning that would be put to
the -- I think that we actually have seen part of this.
This is the "Hook" premiums, with an open on.

We have seen this before. I am not sure what this is.
Actually, this is not a children's commercial at all.

MR. RAMPTON: Can you just pause it there? For those of us in
England who do not know, who is Michael Jordan?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think everyone does.

  THE WITNESS: He is a-----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Only judges are allowed to ask questions like
       that.

MR. RAMPTON: No, my Lord. The Court of Appeal might not
       know!

                 (The next advertisement was shown)

  THE WITNESS: This was a-----

MR. RAMPTON: Can I ask you some questions about that? That was
the real Michael Jordan, in that commercial?
       A. Yes, it was.

  Q. What part, if any, did the real Michael Jordan have in
       compiling the recipe for that?
       A. Actually, this happens to be a concoction that he sort
of came up with that he enjoys at McDonald's. This was not
run throughout the country; this was run in Chicago where
he, at the time, played for the Chicago Bulls, and there
were a couple of other markets that ran it, as well.

  Q. Again, perhaps for the benefit of some members of the Court
of Appeal, the Chicago Bulls is a basketball team?
       A. Yes, it is a professional basketball team in America.
There is a sandwich named after them. That has been done
in other marketplaces, where other famous people have
