     5        A.  To me, personally, no, or in the wrap sessions that we
     6        hold or the crew meetings that we hold, no-one has ever
     7        asked for any gloves to me personally.

    10        to deal with any complaint as courteously as I can" -- that
    11        is complaint about environment/index.html">litter?
    12        A.  Sorry, that is "courteously".

    15        A.  Just what I said; if anyone also has a problem, then
    16        they can phone the restaurant or come in to see me, and
    17        I will do everything in my power to help sort out their
    18        grievance or their problem in a courteous manner, of
    19        course.

    22        someone round immediately?
    23        A.  Yes, I would.

    27        A.  Letters addressed to me, yes, or the restaurant.

    31        A.  We have -- I can only remember one such letter that has
    32        arrived at the store concerning environment/index.html">litter, that has complained
    33        of environment/index.html">litter.  I have seen the letters sent to head office but
    34        they were not addressed to me obviously; they were
    35        addressed to members of staff in head office.

    58        they would phone up.
