     3        laboratory report.  Is this the E.coli test?
     4        A.  It says so; "Analysis bacteriology, E.coli 0157: H".

     7        A.  No, no.

     9   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Could I just ask you, you were asked a
    10        question:  "As long as they are doing it regularly, whether
    11        daily or every few days, or something, you would be
    12        satisfied?" and you said:  "Yes".  Then Mr. Morris asked
    13        you:  "If they were basically just pretending to do it and
    14        only doing it once every two weeks or once every month or
    15        longer than that, you would be happy?"  I thought you said
    16        "no" to that?
    17        A.  No, sir.  I do not mind what they do as long as they
    18        test our meat.  They do not supply us every day but when
    19        they supply us, I would expect them to test our meat.

    Q.   So your answer was "yes" to the second question?
    22        A.  Yes, yes.

    25        accept"; that is what I said, whatever it says in the
    26        transcript.

    37        get into your possession then if it is from Jarrets?  This
    38        document, is it something that you have held?
    39        A.  It is something that Jarret has supplied to us to show
    40        that he is carrying out his tests.

    42   Q.   So do they have to supply all their test results?
    43        A.  If we ask for it, of course they do.

    45   Q.   If you are getting regular batches from them, are you
    46        expecting them to supply you with the tests results?
    47        A.  Only if we called for them.  I mean, we do have to make
    48        sure that we do not get buried in paper with the number of
    49        supplies and the amount of meat that is coming in and out
    50        of McKey, but if we have reason to call for an answer on a 
    51        particular point, we would expect the paper to come to us.

    53   Q.   But on your arrival form you have a specification "E.coli
    54        certificate", "Yes/no/NA" -- is that not available?
    55        A.  Yes.

    58        A.  They know they have to have them if we call for them
    59        and they -- I mean, sometimes they will come as a matter of
    60        routine, sometimes they do not, but they are always there
