38 standards". I am merely drawing your attention to it
39 because that may be some indication by what they mean when
40 referring to "standards", although, for all I know,
41 somewhere in the body of the report there is more about
42 what performance standards do or should involve.

44 A. I think the last three letters must be Health and
45 Safety Management, the first I have no idea -- Society for
46 Health and Safety Management, or something.
