       A. I would say, on average, no more than a couple of days.

  Q. Is it from the distribution centre then that the various

       the restaurants?
       A. They will be distributed in frozen trailers. The
frozen products will be distributed in the frozen section
       of a temperature controlled trailer.

  Q. Sun Valley brings it frozen to Golden West and Golden West
might keep it a maximum of a couple of days, and then

       McDonald's restaurant?
       A. Correct.

       A. The vehicle is unloaded and rolled straight into the
       restaurant freezer.

  Q. Does the same sort of system apply for the beef and the
pork that McKey manufacture for you in this country?
