MR. MORRIS: There are some Clare Druce documents we served on
the Plaintiffs last night after court. They will not come
       up in today's evidence.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: They are to go in the back of the new bundle,
       are they?

MR. MORRIS: That is correct, and also the John Brewton, sorry,
the new witness statement which is a very, very rough guide
to what his evidence is which has been given to the
       Plaintiffs as well.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: We have sent all that material down to
Dr. Pattison and it may be that he will wish to give us the
benefit of his views about that material before he comes
back into the witness box which, in my submission, is in
accordance with what your Lordship said yesterday.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, if need be, although we should be ready
to start at half past 10 on Monday morning, we can have a
bit of time then to -----

MR. RAMPTON: He is coming up on Sunday night.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: If I need to, I will ask your Lordship's leave to
ask him some questions in chief about that new material.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will look at that later and then I will
insert it in appropriate witness parts of your witness
       bundles.

MR. RAMPTON: Will your Lordship note that Mr. Brewton -- it is
only a note, it is not a statement of evidence -- for the
time being should go as a as a new tab 6, section B of 1B
of the Defendants' witness statements. Clare Druce is at 3

  Q. What did that reveal?
       A. I am afraid I was not involved in the investigation. I
