11 You said that that would mean it was coming from somewhere
12 else other than Sun Valley; is that right?
13 A. On the raw meat inspection, the bottom box, is that
14 what you are talking about, incoming?

17 A. OK, the second box -- fine, yes.

19 Q. That is right? That is from outside Sun Valley?
20 A. That is non-Sun Valley meat.

23 A. Well, any number of suppliers that they have.

26 A. All the chicken meat that is used for UK chicken,
27 McDonald's UK chicken, production is from Sun Valley farms
28 or contracted out by Sun Valley. So, it is all within the
29 Sun Valley umbrella, if you like. But they take -- they do
30 take meat in from other suppliers other countries, for use
31 in some of the export products that they make for
32 McDonald's. That is under the "incoming" there.

35 A. I think if you look at the Orleon one that we were
36 looking at, it actually gives you the names of some of
37 those people.

40 the one that burnt down, was it not?
41 A. Yes, that is right.

54 A. Correct. If you look at pages 77 and 78, you can see
55 there are French bag counts. They are for the French
56 market. 78 Dutch count, they are for the Dutch market.
