adhered to; just find out the problem and get to the root
       of it.

  Q. Is that it?
       A. Find out the problem and get to the root of it.

  Q. Would there be a report prepared on it or anything like
       that?
       A. I am not too sure.

  Q. You do not remember doing one?
       A. From 10 years ago, no.

  Q. You said in your second statement: "Magee is correct in
saying that crew members would clean the pavement outside
the restaurant and also go out on environment/index.html">litter patrol". Then
later on in the paragraph you say: "I am surprised that
Magee said that he was specifically deployed to clean
outside the restaurant. He says his regular shifts were
evening shifts. The outside of the restaurant was always
cleaned between 7.00 and 8 a.m. before it opened." So was
the outside of the store only cleaned between 7.00 and 8
       a.m. when it opened?
       A. When I mean "cleaned", it is actually washed down once
a day, and that would be first thing in the morning.

  Q. So Mr. Magee could well have been sent out to pick up the
environment/index.html">litter in front of the restaurant on a frequent basis?
       A. Yes, that would be defined as the environment/index.html">litter patrol,
nothing to do with cleaning the front of the restaurant.

  Q. The environment/index.html">litter patrol would pick up McDonald's environment/index.html">litter from
around the block and then in front of the store would pick
       up all the environment/index.html">litter?
       A. That is correct, yes.

  Q. You said in your statement, gave the impression, that
Mr. Magee had an unsatisfactory attitude towards the
Company and the job. What is the right attitude to have
       towards the Company?
       A. There is no specific right attitude; it is just general
       human behaviour.

  Q. You want people to be enthusiastic about trying to increase
the profits of the Company ---
       A. No, I did not say that.

  Q. -- and put over a certain image?
       A. I did not say that.

  Q. No, I am asking you.
       A. That is incorrect.

  Q. The crew members' performance reviews.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you have the reference?

MS. STEEL: I do not think we need to look at it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I need the reference.
