9 A. Seven Sisters was normally busy 12.00 to 2.00, so two
10 hours out of however many hours we were open.

30 removing the word "hustle" from the terminology that we
31 use, just for the benefit of all employees for safety
32 reasons. Something along those lines; I cannot remember
