    28        A.  Haymarket, Leicester Square, Houndsditch, Kings Road,

    31        were there different times when you had different
    32        restaurants?

    36        A.  Four years.

    39        A.  1993.

    41   Q.   1993.  Why, Miss Anteneh, did you choose to leave the
    42        promotional operations ladder within McDonald's and take
    43        the franchisee?
    44        A.  I enjoyed being a Store Manager very much, which is
    45        running the restaurant and running the business.  When
    46        I became a supervisor, that was also as good, but I did
    47        like much more being a restaurant Manager, which is an
    48        attractive; and running a business is a most important
    49        thing to me.

    51   Q.   Do you have one restaurant at the moment? 
    52        A.  Yes.

    54   Q.   Do you have an ambition to acquire more than one
    55        restaurant, if you can?
    56        A.  Of course.

    59        roughly how many hours a week were you working?
    60        A.  45 to 50 hours.
