41 Q. 1993. Why, Miss Anteneh, did you choose to leave the
42 promotional operations ladder within McDonald's and take
43 the franchisee?
44 A. I enjoyed being a Store Manager very much, which is
45 running the restaurant and running the business. When
46 I became a supervisor, that was also as good, but I did
47 like much more being a restaurant Manager, which is an
48 attractive; and running a business is a most important
49 thing to me.
