clock card report or even heard him say that; and I am sure

about that.

Q. Has Mr. Richards been at the restaurant all the time you
have been there?
A. Bar the first perhaps four months. I think he was in
the Bristol branch.

Q. Was Mr. Logan there when you arrived, or did he come later?
A. I believe he was there, I think.

Q. What sort of shifts have you worked as a First Assistant?
A. I have worked a variety of shifts, from opens to
closes, to swing shifts, at different times at different
periods. I have probably seen every single shift there is
to do and every single volume period throughout the year
within the restaurant.

Q. Have you, yourself, adjusted the Husky to make adjustments
in people's hours?
A. No, I have not.

A. No; well, not to -- I have made adjustments to account
for the fact that, say, maybe someone has failed to clock

Q. I did not mean have you docked people's hours
illegitimately. I meant have you actually used the
machine?
A. Yes, I have.

Q. Is that one of the duties of a First Assistant who is
running a shift?
A. Yes.

Q. Have you watched Mr. Richards do it?
A. I have, yes.

Q. Have you seen the adjustment audit reports from time to
time?
A. Yes, I have.

Q. Where are they kept?
A. They are kept within a -- all the reports are filed on
a daily basis into a lever arch file that is kept in the
middle cupboard in the Manager's office, and it is
generally accessed right next to the crew request book.

Q. We have got in our files, Mr. Henden, clock card files and
adjustment audit reports going back by random means to
August 94, May 94 and August 93. Have you seen those
sheets and adjustment audit reports?
A. Yes, I have.

Q. Have you looked at them?
A. Yes.

Q. Have you noticed in any of those any evidence that any
