MR. JUSTICE BELL: I did not hear that.
A. Sorry. The photocopy quality is not very good here.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which man are you -----

MS. STEEL: If we just -- it is the man standing next to the
tree, but if we try and find a better picture of him.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Facing the camera, with a moustache?

MS. STEEL: Yes, with a black jumper on. If you go to the
tab..... (Pause)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Does it matter, though?

MS. STEEL: It helps, because it -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: In what way?

MS. STEEL: Because it will refresh, hopefully,
Mr. Pocklington's memory. I have actually found the
photograph.

MR. RAMPTON: I do not understand why it matters whether
Mr. Pocklington remembers who John was.

MS. STEEL: It might do in a while.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Let us not spend too much time on it.

MS. STEEL: I am not trying to spend too much time on it. All I
asked was if anybody knows where -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You say it is blurred, but I would have
thought that photograph is quite good enough to ring a bell
if he has any recollection of the man at all.

MS. STEEL: There are several photographs. I have them in
tab 7, the photographs of 16/10/1990. But I do not know
whether everybody else put their set of 16/10/1990 -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: (To the witness) Can you not recognise John
from photograph 11?
A. I cannot from that photograph, no.

MS. STEEL: Could this be passed up? They must be in there
somewhere, but I do not know why somebody cannot help as to
where they are.

MR. RAMPTON: They are in tab 7, my Lord, so far as I know.

THE WITNESS: There is nothing in tab 7.

MR. RAMPTON: I am sorry. They were handed up yesterday.
(Handed)

MS. STEEL: The person in the red and black jacket; and he
appears in several photographs throughout that time.
