  Q. They both do, in fact. That is not very helpful. But the
one with the assignment number in the middle at the top.
       A. Yes.

MS. STEEL: Are we doing it from her notes then?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, it is up to you. Those are the ones I
have put markings on, so it would be more helpful to me if
       you stay on them.

MS. STEEL: Okay. Now, on this day it appears that there was a
mail out being done. Miss Tiller, in her notes of 5th
July, says that the international mailing was discussed on
that date and it decided not to undertake it. Do you
remember what this mail out was and -- well, do you
remember what that mail out was?
       A. Yes. I mean, as far as I can recall, it was the mail
out that was done by the group leading up to the World Day
of Action Against McDonald's. They would not have only had
anti-McDonald's leaflets in it, there would have been a
       variety of leaflets.

  Q. Right.
       A. Yes.

  Q. Okay. Now --
       A. There certainly would not have been a copy of the fact
       sheet in it.

  Q. Right. It says in her notes that -- well, she came into
the meeting and people present were engaged in folding
leaflets and putting them into envelopes for a mail out?
       A. Yes.

  Q. And she says that:

"During this operation Paul said that there was one leaflet
that had been left out. Charlie asked which one and was
told that it was the McDonald's leaflet. Charlie said "Oh,
that is not all that important", or words to that effect".
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do you remember which leaflets or --
       A. I do not remember the conversation taking place but I
think what it refers to is that there was not an A5, there
would not have been an A5 leaflet put in, an A5
       anti-McDonald's leaflet put in.

  Q. Was there any leaflet?
       A. By an A5 one I am trying to distinguish between the
two types of leaflet. There was a leaflet put in, I think,
called anti-McDonald's campaign 1990, which I wrote, which
was just like a short summary of the history of campaign,
some of the issues involved. There was no specific
anti-McDonald's leaflet actually dealing with the issues.

  Q. Right. In Michelle Hooker's notes of this meeting --

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you mean the report?
