Day 272 - 02 Jul 96 - Page 24

MS. STEEL: Yes, sorry the report. It is opposite number 6. I
have got it as page 217 but my pages may be completely
       wrong.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have that as 207H. That may not be right
but that is what I have written on it. Anyway, have you
found it, with a 6 against it?
       A. Yes.

MS. STEEL: She says that on 20th September 1990 she went to
Caledonian Road and on entering the office she saw John,
Helen, Dave, Charlie and Paul who were completing filling
the remaining envelopes with the leaflets. Then she says:

"See my previous report for full details of the leaflets
and mail out. Charlie and I had started the mail out on
       the 18th September 1990".
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do you remember anything about that?
       A. Well, now that I have read it, yes, it does refresh my
memory. I mean, it is very long time ago and I had
forgotten it until reading the statement, but now I can
remember her and Charlie did go in, I think just the two of
them, and start the mail out on two days before the rest of
       us joined in.

MR. MORRIS: I just want to go through some of the dates
       relating to my attendance.
       A. Yes.

  Q. If we can go to 26th October 1989. I have not got my notes
       numbered the same.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just wait and we will find it.

MR. MORRIS: The notes of Roy Pocklington.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is about 17, I think, something like that,
       or 16.

MR. MORRIS: There is a public meeting at 6 Endsleigh Street,
       apparently a public meeting.
       A. Yes. I think it was the one immediately after the
       fayre.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you keep your voice up please, Mr.
       Gravett?
       A. Sorry. It was the one THAT WAS immediately after the
anti-McDonald's fayre that year. It was a meeting with the
       Green Party, I think.

MR. MORRIS: Right. It says at the bottom of his note on the
       first page of his notes:

"Paul Gravett then introduced London Greenpeace".
       A. Yes.

  Q. "By giving the information provided in their leaflet, etc."
