MS. STEEL: If I could just ask for something to be handed up,
please. (Same handed)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MS. STEEL: This is a kind of schedule I drew up based on the
notes and statements of the inquiry agents, the one that we
have got.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MS. STEEL: Mr. Starmer, I presume it is okay for him to speak.
That was agreed the other day.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Sorry?

MS. STEEL: I say, I presume it was okay for Mr. Starmer to
speak?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think you ought to decide that Mr. Starmer
is going to make the application. I only allowed both Mr.
Hall and you to address me on the other one because you did
half of it and Mr. Hall did half of it.

MS. STEEL: I only wanted to tell you about this that is all
because as the person who drew it up I am the most familiar
with it. The underlying dates on the left hand column,
side, are all dates of any meetings of events attended by
the private investigators. The dates on the right-hand
side are just dates of the remaining Thursdays that we do
not have notes for.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I see.

MS. STEEL: They probably do not matter that much but it was
really for my sake they did them just to be aware of how
many other meetings there were. Next to the date on the
left-hand side is the event, or location of the event.
That first one is the Hackney and Islington Animal Rights
meeting. Then there is the fayre, and '6ES' is obviously 6
Endsleigh Street and '5 Cally' is 5 Caledonian Road, and
the other events you will probably recognise them.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MS. STEEL: There is letter answering and New Pegasus.
Underneath the underlined dates are the initials of the
inquiry agents who were present at that meeting who we have
notes for.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MS. STEEL: And the numbers that are right next to that, the
first one, for example, is the third statement, paragraphs
3-11.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I see.
