: What abou natural born killers people who find staisfaction in the pain of others? What would be done to those? Also what about people like the nazi who beta and abuse people (with words too) that are not white and christian? Is that allowed 'cause they are just expressing themselves BUT at the sme time they are hurting someone! Exactly the 'natural born killer' question was what I asked a friend of mine who is an anarcho-syndicalist. His answer to that was that those people would be infringing on the freedom of others, and if they cannot be reformed they should be removed from society in some way or another. I do not know whether I agree with him entirely, because that would allow the 'exiled to Sibiria' practice they had in the USSR. As for the Nazis and fascists, they have every right to express their opinions. BUT if they (and they usually do) through their actions infringe on the freedom of others, that would be a crime.
: Also I think I need a more detailed description of how the court system works? "cuase all you said is that THERE IS A COURT system! Now that is good but how does it work? How is the judge elected... is the judge going to make decisions? If not would all 6 billion people make decisions to all trials or how would that go? Please give a detiled description. Well, as no complete socialist system (neither archic or anarchic) has existed so far so it's hard to say. The partial socialism that has existed in some nations have had judicial systems appointed by the people. But it would be impractical as well as impossible to expect that the entire population could act as judge, jury and so on.
: Also I would like to know how the population size would be controlled becuase if everyone has all they want soon enough we will run out of space for pople... since there would be no wars, madicare would be free... no more poverty, ect... This may seem like a small issue but if you think about it once all this goes away the population of earth will increase catastroficly! This is amjor issue I think so I would be pleased to hear you views on it.
In a world without poverty, people wouldn't have to get so many children as they do. Besides, the problem with population density is a major issue in China and in the west, but if World borders are abolished then that problem loses much of its weight. Besides, if you look at recent statistics, the population boom is flattening a lot.
An experiment that has been tried in some socialist countries have been to make birth control state-funded and available for no cost.
