how do you classify Cuba as a success?

Do the people in Cuba realise?

Please dont waste either of our days spoutting such drivel. Please let me in on how you classify Cuba as a success and I'll make sure the starving people in the rest of the third world nations know they qualify as a succes when using Cuba as the standard. We can also fill in all of the refugees so they can stop risking their lifes in flight of that abyss.

I think I'll still keep the banner though ;-)
