Version 0.09

• Long headings in large fonts that cause the heading to run over more than one line are now displayed correctly.
• Redone the Main window opening code. It should behave a bit more normally now, although Toggle Size still does not work with the toolbar at the bottom.
• Moved the 'Toolbar at Top' option from the Decoding section to the Window section of the Choices windows. (Make more sense there)
• Added Multiple HotLists and Documentation on them
• You can now change entries for methods in the Fetchers section of the choices windows that have defaults.
• Fixed Quitting of fetches using Standard Fetchers.
• Increased the Maximum disc cache size to 5929 entries. To enable this you need to create a directory called 0000 (that's four zeros) in Webster's Cache directory (Which is by default part of Webster) and Move all the current cache into this new directory. You will now be able to increase the 'Disc Cache Size' above 77.
• The check for running from a Read Only filesystem now tests the Choices1 file in Webster's choices directory before check Webster's !Run file. This means provided that you have a Choices1 file you can set most of Webster's file to be Read Only.
• Added escaping of certain characters entered in the Goto URL window. The characters escaped are controlled by the NOTINURL entry in the Messages file (Not sure if some more need adding to this list).
• Less chance of links being missed in preformatted text, though wrapping of preformatted text does not always work if the wrap is part way through a link.
• The scantype file should now be used correctly. It was never scanned if the file was potentially valid as text.
