Version 0.11

1. Added support for TABLES.
2. The filetype for MPEG is now &BF8, rather than &123. (I think &BF8 is the standard)
3. Background images will be displayed by the Wimp on RISC OS 3.5 and later. On earlier version of RISC OS Webster does the displaying.
4. Icons on the toolbar that need to be shaded now have 'shaded' icons.
5. Reading attributes within tags and translating '&' codes (among other things) is now in Machine Code (Thanks to Benjamin Bommer)
6. The default file for Document refreshes is now the current page. This can be overridden by the 'content' attribute, the reading of which is now less strict.
7. Fixed all the 'Illegal Window Handle' errors. (I think, please say if you still have any)
8. Where an images size is known, but it has not been loaded (i.e. when the <IMG ...> tag contains Height and Width attributes) The image can be loaded afterwards without reloading the page! (See The Adjust Menu)
9. Added documentation on the ToolBar.
10. Fixed Saving of Images to other Applications (You can now drag straight to the application).
11. Fixed Text alignment in Saved Draw files (Bold and Italic text was misaligned).
12. Saving now uses the 'DragASprite' Module if Solid dragging is configured.
13. Changed the filenaming used when Saving the 'Page and Images' or 'Images Only' to decrease the chance of duplicate filenames being generated.
14. Upgraded gif2spr to version 1.06.
15. Added support for the Message_ArcwebConfigure, Message_ArcwebExternalLaunch and Message_ArcwebLaunchDone messages that seem to have appeared in the latest Protocol Definition.
16. Methods that invoke Standard Fetchers can now run the fetcher automatically when the first request is sent. This is setup using the Fetchers section fo the Choices windows.
17. Added more control over decoding while multitasking. This allows full control over how much time is allocated to other applications while decoding.
18. Finished coding and enabled the Reset button on forms. It's been partly done for a while, I just forgot to enable it.
19. Fixed posting for forms via ArcWebTCP etc. The posted to URL is now made complete rather than simply passing what is specified in the form, which may only be a partial URL.
20. Added a simple Startup Banner. This not only gives you something to look at while Webster Loads, but allows 'old' copies of Webster to Terminate before the new version reads the Cache file.
21. Now supports URL's for the Format 'local://Resources:/$/Apps/!Help/!Run'.
