Good luck with getting the demo started, it might be lots a trouble or no trouble at all. There is no middle thing, the readme file refers to the cd demo and it tend to crash a lot. But then the demo was never tested so much (to bad...).
Well, the pinball is maybe not so good but it is not among the worst pinballs (can't speak so much about it since I have had trouble getting it started with my graphics card, luckily there is a patch that almost makes it playable).
There is mixed opinions about it, some hate it, some love it, I tried the demo once and hated it. The little I have played of the full version, I have found unplayable. But that's me, the demo is most likely worth trying...
