This shouldn't be a problem but I provide help information about it anyway. To download a file you usually click on the link to the file (depends on the browsers settings). A certain way to download is to right click on the link to the file you want to download and from the popup-menu choose "Save link as".

After either having clicked on the link or choosen "Save link as" a little window should appear that asks where to save the file. Now it is tricky, you have to choose a directory in which to save the file, phew, that was that! Now, remember where you saved the file. To much to keep in your head? Better write it down. After you have choosen a directory click ok and move on.

A new little window should now appear that shows the download status (speed of download, time left etc). Now you must wait for the little download indicator (usually a bar in the middle that is filled up with color during the download and is filled totally when it is done) to show 100% which means the whole file has been downloaded.

To summary up:

1. click on the link to the file you want to download
2. choose where to save it
3. wait for it to download
4. if your brain hasn't burned up because of all this hard thinking and logic you should now just have to extract the downloaded file which - hopefully - has been successfully saved on your harddisk and play the pinball

You might get msgs like server not up, operation timed out. Those things indicate an error. Just try again later. If you when clicking on the download link get a message saying "link error", "file not available", "file not found", then the link is probably incorrect or the file is no longer hosted at the linked server.
