Subject: Help with Timeshock.

I am able to get into the "administrator" area of the pinball where you can adjust the recordkeeping and various other options. However many of the options (like balls per game) are "LOCKED" Now I am a newbie to Timeshock and all the user configuration changes. Is there a way to "unlock" the certain features, because I would really love to change some of the "locked" features. Thanks in advance.
