BOS shouldn't write over your version DirectX if you have a higher version than 3. I don't remember exactly, but I think it either detects which version you have or it prompts you along. It looks like DirectX 5 is on the cd.I also saw Addiction advertised in the CompUSA ad,
but I didn't see (on here) that it was released yet. So I saved myself a trip.....
