A brand new BRUSA web site is currently being worked on.

The highscore table will be up and running shortly. But for now the Head-To-Head ladder is already going at:

I don't know what the release date is. But I'm expecting it to be mastered sometime next week.

Like the US PC version it will also include the improved internet code.

I have received emails about brusa beeing available in shops in both UK and Germany!

According to Mark Haven (Producer, Pro Pinball). "BRUSA has been mastered. Manufacturing is taling place now, and according to the sales people it will appear in the shops before the end of October in the UK and most European countries.

The Mac version will be slightly later than the PC version, probably sometime in November. The release dates are out of the developers hands, the best I've got from Head office is: "before the end of Octber for English and German versions"."

And it seems to me like it is already out on some locations!

Good news for Mac owners...

I've just been told that the Mac version of BRUSA is go!

And if all goes well, it should even be out at the same time as the PC version.

Sure, and just for the record the team name is actually "Cunning Developments", something which was far from clear on our Mk I logo. :-)

The release date we're working for is November 24th, which we are very much on target to hit. I'd expect a PC demo to be available for release in the first half of October, but it'll be for marketing to decide when it gets to go out to the public.

Additionally, we've recently finished the table graphics, so I hope that some new stuff will make it on to http://www.propinball.com fairly soon. I'll post a message here when it does.

I'm afraid I can't give you a definitive answer at the moment. But the prospects don't look great.

We'd like to do a Mac version of BRUSA, but we're being told that unless the Mac market picks up, it's simply not going to be profitable.

The third title in the Pro Pinball series will be "Pro Pinball - Big Race U.S.A" or "Pro Pinball - BRUSA" for short. It will be released worldwide on PC, PSX and MAC in the fourth quarter of '98.

Here are *some* of the improvements you'll find in BRUSA:

CD quality music played directly from memory, eliminating all pauses in gameplay.

Improved flipper physics model, giving a more solid and realistic feel.

Completely new ball physics model. Plus ramps and jumps on the table to take advantage of the new physics.

Full control over the PHYSICAL parameters of the game. Including table slope and table age.

Five preset difficulty levels.

Brand new Dot Matrix engine, with dozens of new special effects.
