Bardzo dobrze zapowiada siΩ wersja RC 2.6 MODa Firearms (www.firearmsmod.com). Prawie wszystkie modele broni zosta│y przerobione (lub zrobione od nowa). Zast▒pi▒ one nie najlepiej wygl▒daj▒cy dotychczasowy arsena│. Z d│ugiej listy zmian do najciekawszych nale┐▒:
  • H&K G36E ma przezroczysty magazynek, widaµ jak naboje znikaj▒

New player models for each team.
Ability to select gender, face, and race.
New arm skins for all weapon models
New skins on virtually all of the weapon models, the only exception is the M60, the box on the M60 is the only part that has gotten re-skinned.
Some models have been completely redone, not just reskinned. Beretta 92, Beretta 93, Colt 1911, Colt Anaconda, AK-74, PKM, Dragunov, SSG, M-82, M-16, G36, Bizon, MP5, Claymore are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
Scope sway has been added. Marks1 will reduce it a bit. Marks2 will reduce it more than Marks1. Marks skills will still increase your accuracy on all guns.
In order to get the scope on the Anaconda, you must have Marks1.
The anaconda now loads 1 bullet at a time, rather than using a speed-loader.
The AK-47 bayonet damage has been increased.
The M79 is now 11 credits.
The FAMAS is 12 credits.
AK-74 will be 13 credits.
GP-25 has *about* half the range as the M79, isn't quite as powerful, fires quickly (if not instantly) - M203/M16 has been completely changed. M203 is now an alternate mode of fire, not just a tap of the Altfire key. You switch between gun and GL modes, and switching has a nice delay added. In each mode, you can only reload or fire that respective part of the gun.
M-60 cannot be fired while jumping, and if you fire while running, you are reduced to walking speed.
AK-47 price is now 13 credits.
Bullet damages (any not listed are not definate):
45 ACP : 35
50 Action Express: 50
44 Magnum : 45
9mm : 30
5.56mm : 35
5.45mm : 30 (probably, this is for the AK-74)
7.62x39mm : 40 (AK-47)
7.62x51mm : 50 (M60, G3A3)
7.62x54mm : 50 (PKM)
6.5x55mm : 100 (SSG 3000)
previous damages were: 20, 35, 45, 20, 35, n/a, 40, 50, n/a, and n/a respectively. All n/a means the ammo type did not exist before 2.6.
M79: Now only gets 3 total grenades instead of six.
Player default speed lowered to 270
Weapon switch delay added. Delay determined by current weapon holster / new weapon deploy times. Basically the same for every combo but makes any two-gun combo more difficult to use.
New radio and voice commands that sound a LOT better and a LOT more realistic.
You only get 1 frag grenade and 1 stielhand instead of 3 frags and 2 stielhands. Price stays the same for each.
Flashbang changed to concussion grenade. Conc nade has 3 charges and does some other minor effects (I dunno what they are though) in addition to blinding you.
Uzi, Beretta 92, MP5 have attachable silencers. You can only add/remove the silencers if you have the stealth skill. M203/GP-25 are only available with Arty1. M79 does not have a skill restriction, however.
M16 will cost the same regardless of whether you have an attached GL. The same goes for the AK-74.
G3A3 is now terribly innaccurate on full auto, due to 7.62mm kicking a lot more than the other rifles. It is still very accurate on semi auto, however. It's damage has also been vastly increased (see above damage chart)
The G36E now has a clear mag and you can see the bullets in the mag dissapearing as you fire it.
You can now see the last few rounds on the M60 belt dissapear, much like they do on the 2.5 Vollmer.
Vollmer, AUG, M11s and PSG1 have all been removed.

Particle system added. You can turn this on or off. Makes for very good looking and realistic feeling explosions. It's all 3D, no sprites here (unless you cut it off, then it goes back to sprites)
Medic skills are now "faster" to use. No more waiting 3 seconds to be able to heal someone, only to get run over by a Benelli user.
There have been NO CHANGES to the armor system. Armor absorbs 80% of all damage, regardless of whether its an addon or its armor level. Better armor just means it lasts longer.
Stealth is more effective at concealing footsteps.
iFeel support added. People who own iFeel mice will know what I am talking about.
Recoil added on M82. If you stand and fire, you get shoved back a bit. No, you can't rocket jump with it, that "feature" was removed in early 2.6 alphas.
Dragunov has a slower ROF, more power, less ammo and more accuracy than the PSG1.
All guns have individual reload sounds, most of which are realistic and recorded from actual guns.
Player animations have been slightly re-done.
Dragunov is slated to be 15 credits.
SSG-3000 is slated to be 16 credits.
Most rifles start with 3 magazines instead of 5, and you can only load up to a maximum of 4 spare.
PKM has a faster ROF than the M60. Has 75 rounds per belt, however, and has both semi/full modes of fire. Carries 2 spare boxes max, starts with 0.
M60 now only carries 1 spare box max, and still starts with 0 boxes spare.
Player models reflect the armour you buy. So if you buy a helmet, your player model wears a helmet. The same goes for leg amour and arm armour.
With the inclusion of the particle system, when you shoot different surfaces, different particles will spray out. So if you shoot snow, snow bits will fly off, if you shoot wood, wood pieces fly off, etc. This also includes nice water ripples for shooting the water =).
Player models now have new run anims, new prone anims (prone is now almost instant as if you are diving down), and some more. mortar models no longer 'block' your way, so you cant use them to jump onto and get up high places. You walk right through them.
Scott is also working on a new system to make aimbots and wallhacks useless. Its still quite 'beta', so we are unsure if it will make it into 2.6 (needs lots of cheat testing).
llama vote is now a nice gui menu so people might acutally know to use it.

Most all the spam/1-chokepoint/old/unbalanced maps have been cut (if not updated).
New player models reflect medics/leaders with easy to see helmets/hats.
reload cheat fixed.
you can no longer reload and bandage at the same time too.
HL's new spectator mode and voice mode are included (although voice mode sucks. I dont know how Valve thought this was useful when it compresses your voice samples to like 1 bit and you sound like a garbled chipmunk).
Stealth skill is quieter footsteps, silencers for a few guns (as hitman mentioned) AND your knife dammage is alot higher now too.
... aug removed... same with dual-uzis...
