Azul grisßceo oscuro por arriba y blanco por abajo, con la cola terminando en una banda blanca. Una peque±a mancha roja en la corona usualmente yace oculta. Tama±o: 22 cm.; peso: 38 g. Audio 2 (M. Oberle). Anida en gran parte de los Estados Unidos y el sur de Canadß, invernando en el centro de AmΘrica del Sur donde cambia de una dieta insectφvora a una frugφvora (frutos). Accidental en Puerto Rico en ßreas abiertas cerca de la costa (avistamientos en 1960 y alrededor de 1847). TAXONOMÍA: PASSERIFORMES; TYRANNIDAE; Tyranninae. |
