For the cab files,you make have to right click and choose "Save
Link As..."
Download the 4 files. Unzip only setup.zip and read the text file.
Place the other 3 cab files in the same folder together with the
contents of setup.zip
Check the downloaded file size with what I have written here.
Just a reminder: If you are going to crack VB 6 programs using Softice, be sure to add in msvbvm60.dll in your winice.dat
