Configure Paths

Allows you to edit the paths for the default 3D Studio MAX folders in the 3dsmax.ini file.

Reference

Choose one of the paths and double-click to enter a directory. The dialog displays all files in the specified directory. You can also click Modify to display the standard file browser. Then choose the folder.

How To

To display the Configure Paths dialog

• Choose File/Configure Paths.
• You can set paths for Bitmaps, Plug Ins, and General file types.
