Provides controls to prevent transforms along particular axes.
XYZ: Turn on any axis in the Move, Rotate, or Scale areas to Lock the axis.
For example, if X and Y Rotate boxes are checked, you'll only be able to rotate the object around the Z axis in the viewport.
Locks are all relative to an object's local coordinate system.
Only rotate transforms will work.
The object does not have to be part of a hierarchy.
