No it didn't. I can assure you, but I can't say further, let's just say that
the new Amiga dream has certainly received a setback but all is definitely
not lost, and better things than Gateway/Amiga ever thought of are coming
about...

I've also received this:
I have just heard now that Jim Collas left to create another Amiga
Company, he felt Amiga was going in circles which were not needed.
This is apparently from a good source high up, but I've not believing
anything now until official statements, and to be truthful I won't
believe it until I have the machine in front of me running ng
applications.
