Amiga Active Coverdisc Problems
(reporting new ones)

So, you've encountered a problem with our coverdisc have you? One that isn't already covered in the Frequently Encountered Coverdisc Karma Incompatibility Troubles page? Are you sure about that?

Please note that if you write to us about a problem we're already aware of, we will be most displeased.

Okay, so you're sure you've found a new problem. Don't just sit there cursing us then - write in and curse us in person! Well, you know what we mean. Alert us to the fact that there's something amiss with a coverdisc, and we'll do our best to fix the problem and ensure it doesn't happen again.

Whenever you write to us, please tell us everything you can about your Amiga setup and describe the problem in as much details as possible. Sending us your CD in the post with a note attached which reads "doesn't work" doesn't help us to discover the problem. We'll probably just bin it because you're clearly too stupid to tell us what's wrong. No, funnily enough, we don't have time to figure it all out for ourselves.

If you're sensible, however, and you can calmly compile a few sentences desribing the problem to us, you are welcome to e-mail aacd@amigactive.com or, if you need to send your CD back to us, write to the following address, marking your envelope 'AACD' and not forgetting to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return of your disc or a replacement, depending on how we can best solve your problem.
